K I am wanting to use my outboard motor. Dont want to buy a new trolly motor and then have to worry about the batteries keeping up. What is the best way to slow down my motor to troll at 1.5 or so? I have a mercury 60 hp 4 stroke. Seems like slowest i can get it to go is 2.88
