Went fishing on LOP yesterday (brought home 14) and I went today and brought home 16. I was fishing over 22 ft. of water and anywhere from about 5 to 10 ft. deep with minnows and with jigs. Attached is a photo o the largest.

The Corp of Engineers and Texas Department of Wildlife had fish attractors made of pipe (donated by the phone company) installed in LOP. Here is a Link for the coordinates, I think they are for a Lowrance. I don't know if they are the same for Hummingbird or Garmin.
