Where's the reports?
Have we quit fishing or just quit sharing? I've been only striper fishing for awhile now and reported on the Striper forum. I fished again last weekend Fri and Sat in the Nor'easter and it was tough. We caught 12 on flatlines on Friday AM with 24 and 5 cats on downlines Saturday. The Terrova earned it's keep both days.
Come on members, good trips and bad let's post to keep this going..... some of our senior members who can't go often really enjoy these.

I caught 6 catfish the other morning. Biggest was a 20# blue. Starting to see alot of scattered fish on the sonar in open waters.

I was also wondering if this SC forum section had died! Last time I went a couple of weeks ago, I caught 10 fish off an old sunken boat 20 feet down. When they're there, you can usually put a hurtin' on 'em.

Sorry that I've been missing. In December, I started a long bout of bronchitis, and it lasted until March. Had some other bouts, plus asthama kept me housebound. I think Remus and I have fished three short trips this year. I had problems then breathing. I did catch 22 in a cooler from tackleboat for my sister, Lillie. About five weeks ago, I had eye surgery to correct my vision. It's not been a good year at all. I hope to get back to the grid later on or possibly first of the new year. I also had a problem with logging on but got it corrected. As soon as I catch a fish, you'll know about!
