I'm pretty sure my boat forgets what water tastes like. I've been doing some lurking though. This South Carolina board is much more active than N.C. is. I see plenty of boats fishing on the lake whenever I cross. Folks must have forgotten how to post a report. I'll post if I have anything to report next time I get to go.

I added one to the NC board today. Maybe that’ll get started?

Fished Friday, the conditions were perfect. Cloudy and light breeze. Found some brush with fish and some were bare, same old story. Had an old fishing partner I hadn’t fished with for several years. Found some open water schools that would bite but were running. We managed to break the century mark and had a two man limit of ten inch plus. Call it quits at two o’clock.
Cleaned them this morning, egg sacs are filling up. Boat traffic was really light for a warm Friday. Hadn’t planned to fish three times this week but glad I mustarded up the energy. The Bite is great if you can find them
Majority of my fish were caught on one eighth head on a Hologram Bobby Garland. Should be good as long as the water stays clear. The clear water makes them a bit spooky. Most fish were caught at forty plus feet so the one eight was the best choice.
