Temps vary, but I would say 70 and below. Similar to spring, I feel the fish are most active in the 55 to 65 range, but I've caught'em good with water in the 40's. Depths will also vary, as will the fishes position in the water column. I usually focus in the 18 to 26 foot range, and pay close attention to your graph. If they are releasing water from the upper dam, the bite will get tough. If you notice strong current, you will need to move to a different location and possible technique to catch a mess.
