I finally feel like setting up and do something other than exercise my knee. I really do appreciate all of your prayers and thoughts. I will tell you the first 2 weeks of this recovery is not for the faint at heart kind. It hurts like all get out! I am not in great pain now but when I get up and move my weight onto my knees it will let you know real quick you are still not ready to walk on your own. I have home rehab and the therapy is not like the pro's do but it is all in the understanding that you need to put yourself in motion to get well. I do my exercises when I wake up and 2 more times a day plus walk with the walker to the mail box and back a couple of time a day. I now have to learn to put more weight on my new knee to get the soreness out of the muscles. I feel good other than the soreness, I will have to really put the pressure on me this next two weeks because I am due to go back to work Sept 15th. I do want to thank all of you for your help in my recovery. Please forgive me for not posting before now but it was not my intention, it seemed a little hard to think of what to say while laying on my back and working my knee on the continuous passive motion machine. It has been a journey up hill until now and I hope it levels out so I can get back to a slow normal walk. It will take months to recovery fully and I am on the road to meet that goal. Thank all of you for your support, phone calls and prayers. I appreciate it all. Good luck fishing and it's time for a 3 pounder to be caught some where. If Wylie keeps drying up Brett may be able to dip one out with CK's new net! Thanks guys! Bigdawgg
