Well I am finally back on it after settling back in from the deployment. Made it out to wateree last week and tried Taylor's and only snagged one crappie out in front of the state park. Gonna head out tomorrow again and try a different creek. Any leads would be appreciated. Hopefully tomorrow we'll have some pictures for you guys. Good to be back and still see some of the regulars still around.

Welcome home Fodsquad and thanks for your service!![]()
Welcome Home soldier. Thanks to you and all the others who have served and serving. Wish I had some info to help ya but aint been there in many moons. When I lived there we did pretty good around the June Creek area this time of year. Hope ya get em.
Haven't been there In a while myself but if I were to go tomorrow June creek would get most of my attention. Plenty of brush and stumps in there. I would also pay close attention to the mouth of wateree creek. That has always been the summer hole. As said by the rest your service is appreciated
Glad you are home safely Fodsquad and add my thanks for your service. I saw this on the SC Sportsman website. Another option to try at Wateree.

Welcome home. The perch bite does sound like it could be a fun day of feeling the pulls on your line. Hope you can find the crappie or perch biting.
