I am going back this week and try to figure out how to load my boat without getting in water waist deep. My trailer is a little different and cannot use the trolling motor to get it on. But the courtesy dock is right beside the ramp so maybe I can walk the dock ramp and pull boat onto trailer. It is obvious to me I have been passing up some good bluegill water that is relatively close. Get the boat in and maybe I can find some crappie. Best of my memory when I fished it in a kayak there were a lot of black perch at the head of the lake where that creek runs in.
