Thread: Smaller is better

Today anyway.

Went to the “big pond”. Nothin. Used my regular live bait + tried some jigs.

Went to the “medium” pond where I rarely attend.

Eight fish in 45 min. Used a tiny worm, and caught tiny fish.

I did try to use a jig and a top water on a second rod in an attempt to lose my lure virginity. Not even a glance. I will say that most of the time I’d put down the live bait rod, pick up my jig rod, and already have a bite.

I’ve decided I’m just not feeling the Micro Series and will probably go back to the Lew’s.
