    It's not a problem making them except what size wire will go through the hook eye. If you tie your own flies check for some of the big eye hooks and then you can use a bigger wire size making your spinner.

    I used to throw a black 1/32 oz. Rooster tail..It was one of the deadliest baits I have ever seen.. Think it had a 0 silver blade. I don't think they make them anymore

    They still make them, I used a black 1/32 last week and my friend's jaw hit the floor when he saw all the fish it was catching.
