Yes but right now I get to fish 5 days a week so it is kind of like cheating. :).
Hunting season quickly approaching so I won’t be fishing 5 days a week much longer. A little practice on the old Ten Point earlier today.

I am still using my old Titan 7. They replaced the string and limbs earlier this year at the factory and increased my bolt speed by 65 FPS. I had to get a new scope because of the speed increase.
I think it says Titan TL-7 on the stock. I’ve had it at least 10 years. It’s always been accurate to 40 yards but with the upgrade I am accurate to 60 yards but I think the Nikon scope I put on it since it’s upgrade has recticales out to 70 yards. I should have done the scope upgrade years ago.

The Lone Stranger and I cleaned 18 of 64 today. The smallest crappie caught was 11”.

It was a slow day. We only caught 33 and were both to lazy to clean fish so we did not keep any.
I had to fish by myself yesterday. What’s the world coming to? Cleaned 30 of 48.
It’s raining today so I can’t fish or go to the deer woods. I guess I will have to rest and enjoy the fruit of my labors.
Piglet and some home made sausage.
From the numbers I can gather it seems the lake has risen 18” since I was on it Friday.

I make it from wild pigs I harvest every fall and winter. Regular breakfast sausage and Italian sausage I make from my own recipe but that particular link sausage I make from a store bought mix I get at Walton’s. It is a garlic and herb sausage that someone made and brought to a men’s fellowship to have as hot dogs. I like it so well I asked for the recipe.
The lake is up 2' since Friday when I was last out. That is according to the Corp's website. I am told there are trees floating everywhere so I think I will go check it out for myself. It will be a solo trip as my fishing buddies are not up for the challenge.

The lake is higher every day. With the higher water comes changing fishing patterns. Fish can still be caught.
High water usually messes my fishing up.
