Looks as if you're close to hanging a few doors, or is the bathroom door the only one? You'll have that place complete in no time. Looks great!

Thanks all for the compliments, I appreciate it.:D
Here's a picture of the frame for the ramp across the little creek up to my quarter deck\porch area;
I laid 5 deck boards across the top of the framing temporarily to prevent the large joist from warping in the sunlight. Treated lumber is horrible for twisting itself out of shape when direct sunlight hits the lumber. Once it's nailed (screwed) down and in place, it won't warp.
Notice the position of the red ladder, that is where I intended my stairs to be and had not planned to build a ramp across the creek. But the height of the deck put my stairs so far out into the driveway that it would have been only a matter of time before someone hit the stairs.
The landing deck is where the stairs will be now and that deck is 6'x6' and the ramp is 162" long. The green stuff (plants and vegetation) is down in the little creek. It usually is dry but when we have rain, it can turn into a torrent of water. Makes a neat sound too!
Here's another view from up on the main deck. The ramp only drops a few inches, but the incline up the driveway puts the landing deck around 20" closer to the ground and that really makes a difference in the amount of steps required on my stairway.
I cut the stringers way back in the Fall but didn't install them because I knew with all the work left to be done, deliveries, and gravel work for the driveway, they would probably take a hit.
Due to the heat\humidity, I have had to quit for the day and will start again in the morning. It's 90 degrees and the humidity is 65% which puts the heat index at close to 100.
I've soaked two tee-shirts this morning and drank fluids all morning to prevent heat exhaustion. I've went about as far as I can go and do it safely. Tomorrow morning at daybreak I will start laying the deck boards across the ramp and landing deck.
Might be able to start on the railing but screwing the deck boards down is time consuming and by 10am, the heat and humidity rule the day.
I'll take a couple more pictures once I have the ramp finished. Tootle loo all and into the shower I go!:D

You've got things looking great, Stink, thanks for the update. Do take care!!
Stink - Once you complete that project you will not know what to do with all of your time. You will go bonkers. Stay cool.
Stink,
The cabin is coming along nicely! I bet you feel miserable working in that heat! Good thing you are taking breaks. Hey, you need a kiddie pool in the shade to keep cool. Put frozen water jugs in it and dive right in! Well...maybe not dive! :D
Patti
Peke, I don't think they make "kiddie pools" that will accomodate me. Great idea though.
Reaper, looking back over the replies I see that you asked me about interior doors and I failed to respond. But yes, I have hung the interior doors, just haven't trimmed them out or applied finish. I used a "twin" door going into the utility room because the washing machine sets too close to allow a regular door to open and close.
I knew this when I framed it out and almost framed it for a pocket door, then decided not to. Room is not used too often and the twin door works fine.
I'll be taking some interior pictures later in the summer after the walls are painted and the trim is finished.
Rigrunner, I'm looking forward to when you and your better half are in the area again and can come by for a visit. Thanks again for the nice responses.![]()

Lookin good, the weather this morning is a little milder than you were expecting I bet! We just layed sod and the rain was welcome. Looking forward to seeing the deck finished!
