    Tile layer just finished my bathroom and shower-room;

    This is the entry into the shower-room and there is a small nook over to the left that will be used as a small closet.

    Below is a couple of pics of the bathroom after the tile has been laid;

    A special friend selected the tile for me and I think she did a wonderful job of helping me get some very nice tile for my bath/shower.

    The board in front of the bathtub will be covered with a piece of marble, or granite, or maybe some nice rich hardwood. It will be a shelf at the head of the tub for setting things; shampoo, soap, rubber ducky.... .etc... etc...

    I will install the toilet tomorrow after the grout has had 24 hours to set, then later next week I will find a nice vanity for the bathroom.

    After that, the floor base-trim goes down and this room is pretty much finished.

    Toilet is a done deal;

    Life is so much easier when your toilet is actually in the house you're living and not down a ladder and around 75 feet away in a different location.

    Been a few times the old man came up short in his mad dash to make it down to where it used to set. I won't go into any details.......... :rolleyes:

    Getting closer to have the exterior finished and I want to add a couple of pictures;

    I've got a dab more painting to do on the exterior, then put the window\door trim on and it's finished.

    The "through-the-wall" air conditioning unit will be trimmed out with the same material as the windows and doors: Western Cedar

    The cedar will be primed and then painted the same color as the soffit\trim along the roof.

    I still need to build my ramp across the little stream that runs along the North side of the cabin.

    It's all coming together but I'm working at a little slower pace nowadays. I decided not to be rushed and take my time.
