Looks like rain for today, so I get a day off unless I work inside. Might slip off and try to catch a few.:D
sorry George, the pecan pie has been eaten all up!
hey Stink...is that the stairway to heaven?? What is that metal thing on the right?
Yep, that's a boot scrapper, mud belongs on the outside. I had it set straight the day I poured the concrete for the base step, but later it settled a bit and is now a bit less than level..........lol.
(I will wait until after moving the wood stove in and furniture before I finish the railing on the porch/deck)

I finished the outside trim today around the patio door, entry door, and picture window. This was the last of the work for the exterior of the cabin and its officially finished on the outside........woo hoo!!!!
Now I can focus on finishing the inside and I should be done within two more weeks at the most. Thanks for looking and wish me luck on the remaining items to be done.:)
Good deal Stink. Glad you got the exterior done before winter sit's in.
Lookin good,

Thanks buddy, sure is a load off knowing the outside stuff is done. Weather has been the biggest factor in this escapade since I started a year ago in August.
Last fall was horrible and this fall has been one of the prettiest in memory. I guess it all works out if you just giver time.:o
