Come on, but don't forget the GPS beacon so they can find our frozen bodies tomorrow. Lol! It's hard to have a day off and not be able to spend it fishing.
    Was that a bite?

Ah man tell me about it. There is a fishing dock 10 minutes from my house and my truck can't make it to the end of the block. You can bet I'll buy a 4 wheel drive next time.

I have a 4 wheel drive and even with it I ere on the side of caution. I have hunted in -20 degs and dealt with ground blizzards like we are having now in OKC. White outs are no fun. Everyone needs to stay home, enjoy a pot of stew, and watch some movies. The weather will improve tomorrow and continue to improve.

I drove 30 miles in this stuff to work at 0400 this morning with 10 to 15 feet visibility and if I wasn't absolutely needed I wouldn't have tried it. Thankfully my little high lift 4x4 yota plowed through. Now I gotta get home tonight!!! I might just hook up the boat when I do!!!!!!

I tried to get my 2 wheel ranger out and wound up getting it stuck out by the street.

    Jigum Jigs Catch Fish!

Tell Matthew you want Bruce's angel jigs. He'll know what you mean.

I ordered 50 of these jigs in this color last week. They are deadly on Skiatook lake too. You have to have a set of needle nosed pliers to get the
sickle hook out of the roof of their mouths. Thanks to Bruce, I've stepped up my crappie game.

Wow. I've got cabin fever bad. What does the lake look like, any chance you could put a boat in anywhere come Saturday? We tried to go a couple weeks ago and the had the ramps closed even on at Redbud and Hawthorne. There was a little ice around the edges on the south end but not bad.
