Great reports fellers;
I went out to Spencer Friday. Marked a couple of corp brushpiles around 18-20 ft deep in the cove behind the camping area. Caught one nice crappie and sandbass and one dink of each. Others around there had similar or worse results, although they said the day before was pretty productive. I was using little panfish assassins that looked like bobby garland pintail baits, since I couldn't find BGs at Academy or BPS. It was pretty windy but a little sheltered back in the cove. The ledges by the picnic tables were windy and tough to fish from my boat. Met an ole timer there who seemed real nice. I'm open to any tips shared and I've learned a lot from you guys' posts here.
