Water temp in creek was 56-59 degrees

Fished Gentry Creek yesterday from 1:15 to 5:30 caught 13 on minnows good fish 8ft of water 4ft deep no luck on jigs.

Plan on fishing Crowder area tomorrow. Any Info. available? Jig or Minnows?

I 'heard' minnows up to 10 ft WD at 4-5 foot. But hearsay only Hatt. Still think it rising so take it for what it's worth. Worth looking for sure. Thinking north end of lake is still a bit down the road. We'll see!

Fished South end today most areas are muddy from all the rain Saturday. Had 10 keepers today, most fish were 10-12ft over 12-15fow. A few fish were upon that 7-9ft but not very many. I know the water on the north end looks alot better than the south end. Hope they turn on, it's just not right being spring break and not seeing many boats on I40. I will not be on Eufaula tomorrow. EB

Hat, hope you do well in the Crowder area. I was headed to McAlester on 69 last weekend and saw about 10 boats just South of the boat ramp in Crowder. So I figured there must be something good happening to see that many close to each other.

I noticed the same thing on Tuesday and Wednesday morning and after work. I didn't see any there this morning though..

My dad is fishing crowder area today, hopefully I can give a report later on. I fished I-40 the other day and not a bite nor another boat???
