Brian I've been waiting for a decent report I recently retired got lots of time just haven't got boat out of storage yet
Having about the same luck on Grand and Hudson. Bite very slow if any. Of course just been in the heated docks may be different out on lakes in a boat.
I've tried the last 3-4 weekends at our dock in Rock Creek Cove -- not a thing -- barely even a nibble. Talked to a couple of guys last weekend that didn't have any better luck on jug lines either -- 3 days and never lost any bait. I'll be glad when the warmer weather comes back and the slabs move back into shallow waters again.
And our dock isn't heated either, so sitting there for 3-4 hours in the cold really makes for a terrible day.

Fished yesterday evening on the north end of the lake. Tried spider rigging minnows with EB's old rods I had bought from him. Had only 6 keepers, but feel like I'm really getting the hang of this technique now. All fish were caught about 15' deep in 20' of water. Also tried out the new Huckabee rod I had purchased after reading so much about them lately. Needless to say, I was more than impressed with the feel of the rod, even though I couldn't get bit on a jig. Hoping to hear some more reports on here soon from the big E!
Good fishing!
