Cleaned 20 from our dock in Longtown area. Couple of DARK males, rest were female, still had eggs. I was surprised they didn't finish spawning last week during full moon.

Watched several people on the bank next to our dock pulling in some nice slabs on Saturday (while I worked replacing the wood on the walkway for our dock). So Sunday I decided it was my turn to get in on someof that action. But unfortunately, the fish decided they needed to rest onSunday -- I only caught 1 dink. A neighbor on his dock had an interesting day Saturday fishing for crappie with minnows -- he caught 1 crappie, 1 bass, 1catfish and 1 perch.

Well, he covered it all didn't he!

Would that qualify as a grand slam?

Spawn can't b completely over. There's got a few straglers still out there. Game ranger said yesterday they were still at about 6" right around city of Eufaula. Any, any, anyone still catching? Bank fishing jigs and minnows w 3 senior citizens. Are they still biting at oak ridge (9a)?

Fished today from 10 till 2 in the Arrowhead Area catching over 50 but keeping around 30. Great time with my YOUNGER BROTHER-N-LAW Ricky Sneed and his 2 sons Bobby and Cliff from the Little America area. We had a blast and certainly was a lot of laughs. Highlight was catching a 15 lb Flathead on a 11' Huckabee Pulling Rod. Took awhile but we got it done. Fish we located were in the 7' to 12' DOW and caught on 3" baits in Blk/Pink and Pumpkin/Chart.

WE caught about 30 on friday ,kept about 20 .most were in about 5 to 8 fow. i had better luck with last years color of blk&chart. the blk&chart this year did not roll a fish.I dont like this years color ai just bought 4 packs.VH

You said color but not the plastic brand. Just wondering which one it is....Ranger

I'm guessing the yum brands new colors , they discontinued one of my favorite colors in the process. Booooo
