Well i went to the big e today .we filleted 14 from a pound to pound & quarter.had a ball,only one fly in the ointment.new huckabee rod broke off 4 inches of tip.hoping i can get it fixed or something.will post pics later.turned back probably 20 smalls. Vh
VH, ya doin good, my friend. Sorry about the rod; surely there is some kind of warranty that will cover the break. Post some pics when you have a chance.

I was in Long Town creek today and OMG the real sport was trying not to get ran over. Going way South Saturday to Gaines Creek hopefully we can avoid the crowd.
Good job VH, you stomped us, we only caught some dinks and a lot of sandbass. My wife was happy just catching fish but I get to pick the place next time :-)

Fished today with Larry Russel owner of Crappie Pro, his son Jim, Son-N-Law Chris and Gr'Son Parker..oh yeah and Brian..lol..We ended up with around 25 Crappie, 1 Drum, 1 Flathead cat, and several Bass..Alot of trash fish holding to cover. WT has 80 degrees when we started at 8 and when we left at 1 it was 82. Fish caught were in 3' to 5' deep no matter the depth of water you were fishing. It was a pleasure fishing with great fisherman and good company....Ranger
