Wife and I fished Gaines creek for the 1st time today... wow what a fishy creek.
We got there around 10:30 and left around 3:30. After some trial and error and scoping the place out a little we finally started catching fish.
We ended up cleaning 15 and threw back at least that many. They ranged from aquarium size to good solid one pound fish. I did lose a really big one to some timber but that's fishing, the big one got away :-)
Thanks for pointing the way for us everyone, my wife and I had a great time and had some fantastic Italian food in Krebs on the way back home. It was a fantastic day all the way around!

Son in Law part of the crew that went with Mark and Brian on Friday.
Had a GREAT time, Mark made sure my son won the 1st fish bet with his grandpa.
Great guys to spend time with and hope to get to do it again sometime.
