There is a sign at the Washunga boat ramp that basically says "the Corp of Engineers has a zero tolerance pooping policy and poopers will not be tolerated." Also, the fishing sucks at Kaw right now.

According to the sign, they will only close the park in the winter. They must be targeting seasonal poopers, and warm weather poopers are welcome.

That sign will only encourage illegal pooping. Perhaps they should call in CSI, analyze the illegal poop. and then require all users to submit a 'legal" sample before being allowed to proceed. I'm only joking, but I wouldn't be surprised if the government in D.C. thought it was a good idea. They seem to like spending lots of money on things that don't make sense.
