I heard it was an oversize and weight boat had caused damage to the blacktop entrance road and ramp. Not sure, just what a local told me.

If ya'll are not aware of this little bridge between Kaw City and Shidler, please be careful. If you are headed eastbound, and especially if you meet someone headed west, you have very little room for error. I learned this the hard way about a month ago, when I totaled my trailer.
