I have never been to kaw lake.Is the boat ramp on the east side of bridge the only?
Several ramps. SE side of Sarge Bridge. SW of Washunga Bridge. Straight South of Kaw City by the marina. West side of the dam. East side of the dam. Coon Creek NW of Kaw City.

The Washunga Ramp and park is closed down. As of yesterday when i was there. Unknown reason.
I heard it was an oversize and weight boat had caused damage to the blacktop entrance road and ramp. Not sure, just what a local told me. :Rofl

If ya'll are not aware of this little bridge between Kaw City and Shidler, please be careful. If you are headed eastbound, and especially if you meet someone headed west, you have very little room for error. I learned this the hard way about a month ago, when I totaled my trailer.
