Just got back from another beautiful day on Kaw. And the fish were biting! Kept 19 and probably caught 35. Over brush in 28 to 30 ft. of water. Tube jigs are the ticket right now for me, almost any color that has sparkle. Pics to follow after I clean fish!

Had 30 last night, sames depths as previous post, was great night warm temps and not much wind, Took my mother who is an excellent jig fisherwoman and my daughter, I dont get to take mom that often when its this cool, but we had a great time slinging the fish in the boat, Nothing beats the smile it puts on her face!! Heard the bite is still hot all around the lake!!!

Went out again Friday a couple of hrs after work with a friend who had never double dipped, took a couple of piles to find one with more active fish, but we ended up with 28 , not to bad,, most fish still being caught 23ft down, in and around piles, Hoping to get out some this week, wind permitting.
