Sorry Bowman, just giving you the straight scoop. Currently some better choices to catch a limit of crappie.

Wister Slab daddy and I fished 8 hrs last Wednesday and only had 5 fish. The high that day was 32 degrees but the WT were 48-50 so I dont know whats up. We could only get bit once or twice each place. EB

Don't take the trip to Eufaula's North end either. Fished it yesterday for 4 hrs, wood and channel breaks from 12' to 25'. Found the shad scattered and a few fish but never got a single hit. I could see the jigs on locator and bump the fish in the nose but they would have nothing to do with it......maybe you can get em to bite but I couldn't.......headed to McGee Ck pretty quick they been slaying them down there in 30' to 40' on long sloping points. Big Fish as well........Ranger

XKillers on the first page, not sure what your talking about!LMBO. Seems we have been getting a good rain, muddys up everytime just before the weekend! It's getting ready to get good!
If your into sandbass, nows the time. Trolling from Cherokee and up. Lots of boats on the water for sandbass.
