I've tried to get on the boat with Ranger and can't get away. Especially when crappiejiggings brushpiles have nothing but big crappie in them, I guess he has a length limit to live in them, you must be at least 14in long to stay. LOL I need to figure out what he does to those piles because they only hold "tournament fish" EB

Redge, if I wasn't going to stay on the water any longer than that, I wouldn't even go. What a waste of a beautiful day, you know you have to go back to work tomorrow. I would go quail hunting and miss every other one just so I could enjoy watching the dogs work. LOL

Had to work for the 25 we got but we had a blast. Started off pretty good but didn't want to mess with all the fisherman in the area. Hate doing the hop scotch around everyone so we headed down lake. Same pattern and depth. Slab Bandits in Salt n Pepper and Pearl Slim Sticks........Ranger

Ft Gibson boy,Johnnyshad, and I fished Tenkiller Sunday, ended up with 34 keepers. Caught half whites and half blacks but the biggest fish were the black crappie. 1.56 was our biggest. We caught them on Salt/pepper Slab bandits and pump chart minnow mindrs. The fish were in 10-18ft. We probaly would have caught more but Ft Gibson boy could not hook them early. We had to check and see if he had a hook point. LOL EB

Worked about 80 hours this week, therefore when the alarm went off and I realized it was 25 degrees I slept in! Up at 8 had some breakfast installed a new FF. Got on the water at noon and closed the LW at 3:30. Fish were where I left them! Surprisingly the water temp was still 68. Had to talk them into biting but it was possible. The center fish is 11" to give you some idea of size.
