Well fellers all this cold dirty water sure isnt gonna help any..first of all Tenkiller Crappie hate 2 things..dirty water for 1 and current is #2..seems we will be gettin them both..after the river settles out and the water starts to clear the lake stabilizes to steady or slightly falling the crappie will move back to spawning brush...but probably most of the fish have already layed their eggs in the upper end..there will be some stragglers forsure but the mad run and getting eggs all over your boat sides I believe will be a thing of the past in the upper end this year..just have to follow them down the lake..Last Wednesday I fished down the lake and went all the way to Chicken Creek down the north bank and back up the south,,the only fish I really found were south of Cookson Campground..caught some mighty nice momma's but were few and far between..and again the water temps were 5 to 7 degrees colder than the upper end..and the fish I found were holding in deep brushpiles at the mouth of coves in a prespawn mode..its gonna happen down the lake but not until the lake stablizes alil..just my 2 cents worth..off for the next 2 weeks now and the lakes are filling up..lol...just my luck..beats working
