A 10 acre private lake under management is where I would actually travel to go fish for trophy bass- NOT a 30,000 acre lake, but hey, what's that they say about having an opinion...?

A family member of mine is a b*** fisherman who just bought a new boat. All he talks about is his inability to afford the next size motor up, and his boat's inability to surpass the 65 mph milestone. There's no discussion of, "how it fishes," or, actual fishing features- ONLY how fast it'll go (or with a sad expression on his face, how fast it WON'T go).

It's just bazaar to me...perplexing at the least.
I know back when I used to go to boat races every weekend, dang if a bass tournament wouldn’t break out.
