Yes sir, exactly right Rees. Why in my original post, I said as long as you don't put in or have to travel back inside Corp boundary to a ramp. If I'm fishing at Fogg Rd. and hurricane creek off the bank I'm no longer on Corp property for example. If I put a jon in at 304 and hurricane and go north I'm outside of corp boundary. You couldn't put in at Dub Patton run up into hurricane (north of 304) and stack the boat with 11" fish and return to the ramp and expect a gracious welcome by the man, no sir I agree. It was more hypothetical in the topic of boundary lines.. I just wanted to confirm my suspicions with the Jackson office. No, I wouldn't try that at all, In fact I only keep 12 1/2" in up anyways. Plenty of 13" -15" fish out east in the river far away from the Corp to worry about any short fish. And I'm not sure where I implied that park Rangers regulate fish limits in any of my previous post, but it's cool.. lol. Oh well, time for me to let this sleeping dog lie down .. :-) Keep 12" and bigger fish to be safe anywhere in the vicinity of a Corp lake and be safe.. agreed 100%
