That's why I always run a bilge pump that runs on both a manual switch and an automatic float switch.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

Very good idea which I should do but.....wouldn't have helped me on this one. I unhooked the battery at the ramp due to my trim problem

Has it always done that ? May be debris in the pump housing putting motor in a strain....pop cover off and clean it out and try it. If its always done it ....it could be too small a guage wire.

What G said and also check to see if it is wired to the wrong wire on the pump.

Feel for you Mike. Hope you can salvage those batteries.Glad I moved 2 up front. Also I get a quicker hole shot and trim.I just bit the bullet and bought 2 new group 29's recently myself. The 2 I replaced were both over 3yrs. old.You just love working on things don't you?
