    Used to catch lots of em on the White and Red rivers in AR. I ain't got a taste for em tho. Never tried em pan fried, but I don't like em grilled, or baked. Too strong tasting for me.

    Those do LOOK good tho.

    These tasted about like bream to me

    Like I said, I never tried them pan fried. I didn't care for them the other ways we were told to cook em. Fried makes every kinda fish taste better. If they taste like bluegills when fried, I wasted mine.
