RDucks and I got into them last year. Pure misery trying to fish. Went straight to Walley world and bought two of those head nets and put in the boat.

They were terrible on the south side of Enid on Saturday. Bad enough that I moved to the other side of the lake, even though I was catching fish. Very few on north side of the lake. Fishing was more pleasant, but I never really found the fish again.......

Supergooser told me the bugs were bad at Sardis. When he got to camp he opened his compartments and the swarmed out. Weren't gnats, though. Tiny skeeters.
