    Default Dr says I'm fat!

    Just had my yearly physical and the Dr says I got to lose some weight and start eating right. Says sitting in my boat isn't considered exercise. I don't see that happening.

    You work for Blue Bell! Me and you are gonna become real good friends. Lol. One thing my wife knows never to let us run out of is the homemade vanilla, man I love that stuff.

    Yep, I had my yearly physical in Dec. The doc told me the same. I'm up to 190 from 165. Other restrictions; nothing made with real fruit, no sugar and nothing green.

    That seems like kinda strange instructions to me. I get the no sugar and limited fruit but nothing green ?

    What about red, white, and blue? PBR?
    Big Smooth just eat you a good breakfast, a nice big salad for lunch,and bake or broil most of your meats or chicken and stay away from bread, rice, spaghetti.Eat as many veggies as you want and for sure stay away from sweet tea, cokes, and too many adult beverages.Top it off with a small bowl of ice cream as your dairy for the day!I did this and lost 25lbs. in just a little over a month.
