What about red, white, and blue? PBR?
Big Smooth just eat you a good breakfast, a nice big salad for lunch, and bake or broil most of your meats or chicken and stay away from bread, rice, spaghetti.Eat as many veggies as you want and for sure stay away from sweet tea, cokes, and too many adult beverages.Top it off with a small bowl of ice cream as your dairy for the day!I did this and lost 25lbs. in just a little over a month.

Guys here is another reason to get your weight down and exercise. And I need to loose 25 lbs. myself so I am not being self rightous.
Without going into a lot of detail, a relative in the family scoffed at any notion of dieting or execise. This person was a loving and caring person to my wife and would have never chosen the outcome that happened. She became a widow with no children and when her bad habits caused her health to fail, guess who had to pick up the pieces. My wife spent 6 years of her life taking care of this person who would not take care of herself. She finally ended up in a nursing home which took quite a buden off my wife but she still has to deal with medicare and the nursing home and all her financial affairs.
All it takes is a stoke or similar malady that you never saw coming to put you in a wheel chair totally dependent on others to care for you.
I raise this point because I've never seen it come up in weight loss and exercise discussions. So be honest and ask yourself do you want to risk doing that to your wife or children? I don't and I am going to do something about it. I've slacked off the last year or so and gained these pounds so now I've got to get them off and get in better shape.
If you had been able to see what the cost is to a loved one through my eyes, you would do it to.
Good luck and good health to you all.
