I'm with k David on seat choose. When I have a kid with me, he can scoot right up to the front deck. When a big guy is with me he move back. Plus the additional seat can come right out. I have enjoyed the design of the ez pole perch seat

Dub-L-Seat (Wayne Inman, AKA Blacklandlures) has a great new design on his Dub-L-Seat now. It would be smart to give him a PM, or call him. PM me for his phone number. I use Hi-Tek holders, and love them(Front & back). I push & pull with them. The extreme holder is the best IMO, for what I do. Good luck. If you want to fish one day and check out my rig, just give me a call.

I will be following this thread closely too. I am set up for spider rigging minnows now (homemade), but only have a single seat up front and back. I need to get setup next for pulling cranks and put down a couple of extra plates. My apologies, not trying to hijack the thread.

I've caught just as many fish as anyone else using my cheap rig. The BGJP B&M poles are great and you can get a deal from a couple places likes Monks for buying multiple rods. The rods are more important than anything else. Rod holders just hold your rods in place
there are two driftmaster set ups on the board that will work also .
