I have the EZ pole perch for my double seat set up and the hi-teks up front. The hi teks are adjustable at the rod holders--the spiderlocks are adjustable up and down (on the shaft) and the holders--either one would fit the bill.

The cumberland double seat frame I looked at today would open and close. In other words you could set the chairs apart or close. Does your ez function in the same manner ?

I can give you a starters design you can get from lowes for bout $60-$80 for a 4 pole and 2, 2 pole
rod holders. You dont have to get any high dollar rod holders. Get you 6-8, a minimum of 12 foot rods. 14s are better and your good to go. I've caught just as many fish as anyone else using my cheap rig. The BGJP B&M poles are great and you can get a deal from a couple places likes Monks for buying multiple rods. The rods are more important than anything else. Rod holders just hold your rods in place

Go to bass pro. Get you a styrefoam bucket liner to fit a 5 gal bucket 7.00. Get one of the small foam lined Minner buckets about 10.00. Spend the 45.00 for the dual 12 volt air pump. Go to Grizzly jig and get 8 Pinnacal Limit poles for 120.00. Some cheap reels to start. You can find some smaller Schimano rear drag reels for 8 to 12 dollars that are decent reels. Look at the dual seat set up that Grizzly sells. Spend the money up front and get HiTec rod holders.
