Nessa showd the house last night to a young couple and pretty sure they're gonna put in an offer!!! Then today we got a call on the new house. We're told that Friday the 2nd lender in the short sale would get with us. I've already ordered a home inspection for next Wednesday!!!! Supposed to close by the end of July
