    Nessa showd the house last night to a young couple and pretty sure they're gonna put in an offer!!! Then today we got a call on the new house. We're told that Friday the 2nd lender in the short sale would get with us. I've already ordered a home inspection for next Wednesday!!!! Supposed to close by the end of July

    Good luck DD. I just found out that the state of MO is taking part of the front of my property to widen the highway. They are supposed to send someone out next week to make me an offer.
