    Thanks GDG. I used natural lump charcoal and Mesquite wood chips. It was awesome for sure.

    I posted a pic of an apple tree on here that blew down in my neighbors yard. That's what I been using for smoke. We cut and stacked the whole thing.

    Did u cook the taters on the grill Ducks? I have never tried this, if so how did you do em? BtW that sauce on that steak looks pretty dang good man.

    Yes, I cooked the taters on the grill. Wrapped them in aluminum foil and cooked them about 1 hour before I put the steaks on.

    Try those taters without the foil one time with just a little oil rubbed on them(I use olive oil). Yummm!!! If you are going to foil them, might as well cook them in the oven.

    Picture not big enough, or a small plate. It looked blurred to me, I ask my wife to look, yep same to her too. All I could make out was something that looked green with something white on it. Green beans with cream of mushroom soap on top?
