    You talkin deep fried or pan fried? I never had them that way. I usually just slow cook in a spaghetti sauce.

    Wilbur, you can pry-boil them bunnies and then pan fry em like chicken and they is some kinda fine!!!!

    I've got a similar sized boat and started with a 55lb 12v Powerdrive, wound up upgrading last year to an 80lb Terrova and it is the ticket.
    It's all over but the fryin'......

    I used to rabbit hunt a lot before my car wreck. It was one of my favorite things to do and man them suckers sure are good to eat. It don't get any better than fried rabbit, home made biscuits and gravy and mashed tators!!!!!!!
