You talkin deep fried or pan fried? I never had them that way. I usually just slow cook in a spaghetti sauce.Quote:

I've got a similar sized boat and started with a 55lb 12v Powerdrive, wound up upgrading last year to an 80lb Terrova and it is the ticket.
Can't beat fried rabbit biscuits and gravy, unless it would be quail, biscuits and gravy!
