    Default Butla Spillway!

I took a ride down to Butla Spillway yesterday and ran into a guy I used to work with 25 years ago. Him and 2 other guys were snagging and had quite a few really nice crappies. As a matter of fact, one guy had half a 5 gallon bucket full of slabs. The gates of hell were open to my surprise and a good flow of water was coming through.I saw at least 3 huge crappies lost right at the bank.

I'm surprised they didn't have it totally shut off. They must not be flooding downstream. The river had to have been up 6ft from where it was a couple of days ago

Reported flooding at Crenshew. Wonder if the river has anything to do with it?
