I am soooo glad to live and get to fish in MS. Just finished 2 days worth of meetings with some counterparts from England. You know what they get to fish for CARP!! Carp fishing over there is like bass fishing over here. They even have major money tournaments!! Man they would have fun over here going after them flying ones.

Yep,get a channel once in awhile on Dish. The show is from Australia,New Zeland and England. They have these fishing derbys worth big bucks and they fish for carp. They fish from the bank at assigned stations and use poles that can be 30ft long. Huge crowds show up for these things.

Got some folks down here in Madison buying special flyrods to fish for grass carp in some of the local lakes. Was a big article in the Cl sports section a few months ago about a guy who fought one for several hours.
