Time for another "Lend_Lease" program. We can "Lend" them all the carp they want for sport fishing, but we don't want any of them back.

I have seen a few shows from up north in the last couple of years where they are doing the same thing. I guess they have some pretty large carp in the great lakes and these guys sight fish for them in the shallows just like Bone Fish.

I've watched them on TV late at night after several green cups. They take that seriously man. All the while sitting on the bank in a chair with a rod that's 15-20 feet long

Holding the rods dead still. I don't think I could hold one that still.

I got a friend in Fla. that has 2 chinamen come by and take all his fish guts, the carcasses after he filets them. they grind them up and make some kinda stew. They wanna pay for it ,but he doesnt have the heart to charge them
