If you have a slide hammer type puller you can snatch it right out. You can also wrap black tape around the end of a hack saw blade for a handle and then cut though the bushing full length on each side and then pull the bushing ut with some pliers or you can knock it on out into the bilge the new bushing goes in from the top side.
