Default help with seat pedestal question....................

what is the solution for a pedestal pin that has a little too much play inside the pedestal base, where the chair wobbles just a little. can anything be wrapped on the pin of the pedestal to make it a more snug fit inside the pedestal base? thanks.

I have the same wobble. I am thinking of replacing the base.

You can replace the bushing in the base....GrizzlyJig has them both the brass ones and the nylon ones....the nylon ones last a lot longer than the brass ones in my opinion.

What type pedistall do you have duck? I am talking about the ones where the post has a 3/4 in. pin that sticks in a hole in the base....the base has a replaceable bushing that the post pin fits into.
