I sold a lot of these machines while i worked at lowes and we ate a lot of them. Good engines. Hydrostats are their downfall. $2500 is a lot for a mower with a lot of problems. Go with john deere.

OK, now that we've established that JADAs should not lawn mower shop unassisted, which rider model 48 to 60" cut should a JADA purchase and why? And don't say John Deere - say which model perzackerly and why.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
Get a zero turn. You won't regret it.

Stop jackin JADA. Yeah, what he said. I don't want a mower with great hydrolics and a crappy motor tho. Word is that Briggs has headed way downhill the last several years and Koler is right there with them.

Kawasaki engine on what ever you buy... I'd stay away from those deals. Buy a REAL John Deere, exmark, kubota, or snapper still makes a good product. Spend a little more up front and don't worry about it for few years. buy junk and work on it from now on.......

Briggs has always been crap. Their only plus was that they were cheap and easy to work on. Kawasaki or Honda is the only way to go. Take out a loan and get a commercial zero turn that will last you the next 20 years. Exmark is prolly the best deal for the money. Gonna cost ya up front, but it's lots cheaper than getting a new $2500 mower every 5 years.
