People are looking for bargins and auctioneers won't push for a good price. Estate sales usually price things a little higher than normal and then have a 1/2 price sell the last day. I go to estate sells all the time and when I do, I look for unsual, weird things.
Thanks, CH.... I assume that she put a specific price on each item? If the item didn't sell, what then? Were negotiations allowed on tagged prices? I assume the sale was held at your parents' home? Or?
