not just a little but not rocking the boat shaking either. I was gonna take the prop off and see if I saw anything wrong with that area this evening

Look here TT, you start looking that motor over tonight and don't stop until you know what's wrong. If it goes pop, you're gonna be bumming rides from me for a long time. I don't think I could take it. Come to think of it, I don't think you could neither.

Here's a hint - outboards aren't supposed to rock or shake.

Begging can be very manly if done in the right way. LOL.

Looks like you guys are gonna have it all by yo selfs this weekend. Torch is offficially not gonna be goin fishin till after duck season is over, And I got loaded up with jobs today which will take the rest of this week and most of next week to get through with. One way to look at it is there will be more money to spend on fishin after the rush at these huntin camps is over.

Sounds almost like the prop blowing out DD. Mine'll do that if I turn very
sharp with it trimmed, especially if theres pretty good waves. If not
hammering it so hard or trimming as quick fixes it, it's a good bet.
    You running aluminum prop?

Default Nah Jeff, came with a Stainless Steel Prop

I was gonna take a gander at it last night BUT IT'S FRIGIN DARK when I get off now. HATE this time of year cause it's dark now at 5:30. When I was giving it a good bit of gas to get out of the whole, it did sound kinda like the prop was coming out of the water and revving up, the shaking scared me though, it was getting it pretty good.
I was pretty worried but what got me is as long as I didn't floor it and try and trim it up, it was running great.

Sounds an awful lot like you've got a bad hub on your prop. Fairly cheap fix. The Prop Shop will fix you up in no time if that's the case.

Default If thats the case, it should be OK to take out this weekend.

I'm not going far at all though. Head up to 43 and troll around the welfare hole or ease over to another spot where I don;t have to go far. Mainly just testing it out and see if it was just a fluke that it happened. I MAY have hit something while I was at Chotard when we headed up there. I did check the prop when we pulled the boat out for slack and there wasn't any slack it it when I tugged on it though
